What happens to the information you send us through this website. We use it to answer you, only our own staff can open it, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our two forms. The contact form asks for your name, email, organization and message. The Join Our Team form asks for your name, email and phone, where you would like to work, where you work now and your availability, and takes your CV and any licenses or credentials you attach.
Please do not send patient information
This website is not built to hold health records. Leave patient names, records and images out of messages and uploads.
How we use it
To reply to you and, if you are a surgeon, to talk with you about work in our network. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Submissions and files are stored on our own systems, and only signed-in US Dental Surgery Network staff can open them. The email that tells our team about a new submission links to your files rather than attaching them. The companies that run our hosting and email delivery handle the data on our behalf. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission while it is useful for answering you or for recruiting, and delete it when you ask.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, to remember its language, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived security cookie to filter out bots. The video on the homepage plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set its own cookies once you press play.
